Mike and the whole team are professional and take great care of each customer. They do many services but only what needs to be done. They never try to up-sell. When you find a trustworthy area mechanic, you have one major car concern out of the way.

We trusted Belardinelli for years, but we learned our lesson, unfortunately. Once, they claimed a part was broken that had just been repaired, and claimed to replace it. It was the part my partner had just put in, same serial number and everything. Later, they gave us an estimate and once they had it in their possession, they "found" more problems and gave us an estimate of double, refusing to give our car back when we said we didn't want them to go ahead with the repairs. Under this coercion and duress, we agreed to let them replace the newly discovered bad parts but only if they returned the bad parts to us. They agreed, but guess what happened? Yup, they disposed of them and couldn't produce them when we insisted. These conversations took place with three adults in my family as we tried to get our car back from them. There was no mistake or misunderstanding; this was pure con artistry at its finest. They denied every bit of this from top to bottom, including their original estimate, their refusal to give our car back, AND their agreement to return our "bad" parts.
They have a high-end Hunter Alignment and Balance gear and are a great resource for European cars.
