I signed a lease May 23 and paid a one month deposit for winter storage. When the time came to schedule dropoff, they had rented the entire facility to another customer and were not honoring the lease. I had not been notified nor had my deposit been refunded. When I finally reached someone in the office they claimed to have sent multiple emails, etc. Hmmm, interesting to note that the emails to get the lease signed had all arrived OK, but when they reneged on the lease those emails never arrived. I got a refund thru the credit card company. This is not the kind of organization I would chose to patronize again.
