Highly recommended by my furbabies, Blizzard and Sunshine.they had their first visit and were warmly welcomed by the owners who took a personal interest in them: their likes and dislikes, any health problems (i.e., ache and pains), their personalities et al. they spent time with the dogs just getting to know them. No crates used here! there are separate 'play areas' where the dogs can wait. the grooming was perfect, exactly as I specified to Rana, the very talented groomer. All in all, they deserve 5 stars for their professionalism, caring attitude, and overall concern for making my Blizzard and Sunshine feel comfortable (and clean!). they are the best grooming place I have ever taken my dogs to, place that will make your dog feel special

Friendly staff, good quality products provided. I love being able to bathe my dog without bending over, and they clean up all the mess afterwards!
So glad to have this DIY dog wash back in business and better than ever. Stephen and his wife could not have been more helpful when I brought my dog, who has been having a rough bout of dermatitis, in for a bath. They made up a special tea tree shampoo to help soothe her skin and provided some helpful tips on other holistic methods to assist with the healing. They have a huge selection of top quality foods, treats, and toys and the space was immaculate! We left with a goodie bag chock full of samples and a frisbee :) The new owners are dedicated to personalized service and their passion for their "customers" is obvious.
