No one picks up phone
I have been coming here for the last 7 months, the first time i came was when my dad came he was washing clothes and he had the hole place too his self and he told me its very quiet and no one bothers him and its clean and a good price. Well since then i been coming the only thing is lately someone has pets and is washing there pets stuff in the washers and dryers and leaving pets hair or fur all over. I understand that their stuff need to be washed just think about this pet lovers clean up after ur self some people are very sensitive to pets and dont want their clothes full of pet fur when they dont have pets or smell like one or can end up in the hospital. Last thing if you know its a busy day where people are in and out washing their clothes dont leaving your clothes for hours and think that no one needs the washers or dryers. Can we just be respectful?
Not only was I hung up on the first time speaking to an attendant, but was met with extremely rude customer service. Would give zero stars if possible.
