From the initial phone call, I received a friendly hello and a very helpful and knowledgeable receptionist. I had hesitated making an appointment because I did not have a referral; she explained the process to me and offered to double check with my insurance company. – Once everything was squared away I met with Jocelyn my physical therapist. She listened, was knowledgeable, had me do in-office stretching under her watchful eye, worked on my shoulder to gain relief and gave me a personalized sheet for home stretching and strengthening until our next meeting.
After Jocelyn’s skilled therapy on my shoulder and arm, my tailored home workout, I gained my flexibility and strength back in my arm, which I had lost due to a car accident. Initially I was very hesitant to go, but I am so happy I did. Greenwood Physical Therapy is extremely friendly, super clean, patient, relaxing atmosphere, professional, skilled and knowledgeable. You can definitely tell the owner, Catherine-Ann takes incredible pride in her business and provides top notch care. I highly recommend.
