I went here 10 years ago and every time I there was always something that had to be done. Needless to say they "replaced" 2 fillings that never needed to be replaced and forgot to "seal" the two teeth. Immediately after I had severe pain of which I informed them of and was told I was over reacting and and teeth had to adjust. One week goes by and I went to another dentist in the area. I was informed that the tooth (last one next to the wisdom tooth) was so badly damaged from the previous work that even if he did a root canal the tooth may not be saved. Needless to say I had him yank it out for $450 and be placed on antibiotics. While I was there he checked the other tooth out and referred me to an endodontist. Not only did they have to do a 3 stage root canal, but discovered I had baby tooth fragments left below the gum line from a tooth the wife pulled years ago. Between the pulled tooth, antibiotics, root canal, and crown I spent $3,000! Furthermore, they expected me to pay for the work they did, while the other dentists wrote letters explaining what they discovered and what they had to do to fix the issue. Low and behold I have since discovered the best dentist in the world and haven't had a cavity in 10 years! THIS HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE THE WORST DENTISTS IN THE WORLD AND SHOULD HAVE THEIR LICENSES WITHDRAWN! BOTH OF THEM SCAM THEIR CLIENTS INTO MAKING POINTLESS REPAIRS! THE NAME "GENTLE DENTAL" IS A JOKE!

Very nice staff. Courteous and understanding.

All the staff at Bethel Gentle Dental are just great. I love bringing my kids there!

This place is a rip off. They claim to be state of the art, but after going here its a load of crap. My previous dentist had retired, and I was recommended to come here. Everytime I went I suddenly had more and more cavities. After spending a few grand, and my last cleaning (told I have more), I went to another dentist who had BETTER X-ray equipment, and you could clearly see that it was just my TEETH... Not cavities. I now have to get a root canal FIXED and pay MORE for it, because they didn't do it right. Do not recommend.

Ken and Joann are the best. Skilled doctors who manage a courteous and skilled team of hygienists. They actually really are "gentle." It's not just a fun name!
