I am happy to see the good things that the Church is part of and what the people that are part of is moving forward. With the Churches Transitioning to new direction but the same message in the Worshiping of Jesus Christ will continue to catch on and the Church will grow.I think more good things are to come. Pastors Clive and Ruth have really carried the Congregration with their Pastorial experience and Faith in the Gospel. Passing the torch to Brian ,Craig and Adam is a positive thing .All transitions take time but I think passing the budget and the Elder voting is one of the first steps to a successful transition of leadership at Walnut Hill Community Church.
Hello Walnut Hill Community Church followers,
Now that I am moving, here is my review after years of going to the church and being a member. I cannot think of another church in the area that is open to all people coming to, who are not "Pharisees" (pardon my injection of Christian humor). It's a doctrinally sound, love, hope, and be intentional kind of church. I could write 20 paragraphs as to my personal experiences with people from Walnut Hill and the measurable impact they are making. Multiple service times, multiple formats, for example the Sunday 8am is traditional hymns on piano, sometimes accompanied by violin. The 9 and 11a Sunday service is with a full band. Multiple bands, different music leaders on different Sundays. From a marketing point of view, this is so versatile, Walnut Hill can literally speak to everyone. Some of my closest friends and mentors have come from Walnut Hill. The only thing I will ask you, if you are going the first time: Please go 3 Sundays in a row before you make up your mind, and Get there 10-15 minutes BEFORE the actual start time of 8a, 9a, or 11a. Ask to say hi to the Pastor (there are multiple) By speaking to one of the pastors you will get to know exactly what the church is. A home for you and your family to grow in Christ, to fellowship with other believers, to make a positive impact on your community, and an impact on those in real need around the world.
Extreamely bigoted and full of bible-thumping jerk heads
