These two guys, Jason and Dave, are two of the most knowledgeable people in the bicycling business. I have used six different shops over the years and no one comes close to their passion for cycling and concern for the customer. They fix my bike the first time and do it at minimum cost to me.

Recently, I had the pleasure of discovering Bethel Cycle Works as I was looking to purchase a new road bike. I had a specific bike in mind (Giant Defy Advanced 1 Pro), and also wanted to begin developing a long term relationship with a shop who's values paralleled mine. While I visited many Giant shops in CT, I knew immediately when I met Jason, that Bethel Cycle Works was not an ordinary bike shop. His passion for the sport, and commitment to customers was unique. I discovered quickly that Jason wasn't solely interested in selling me a bike, but also understanding my needs and customizing a solution that was personalized for me. While he had the exact bike I was interested in, he wasn't satisfied with adjusting the seat and sending me on my way. Jason spent 90 minutes fitting me, and making several adjustments to be sure the bike would allow me to perform and ride efficiently and comfortably. I should also note that I live more than 40miles from Bethel, and felt despite the distance, this was the right shop for me. His partner Dave shared a similar commitment to discover and create a happy customer. If you're lucky, you may even get to meet Molly who is also a great compliment to a great shop. Bravo to Jason and his team, and I look forward to a long relationship complimented by long rides!

Bought my first road bike in Bethel Cycleworks. Customer support is simply AMAZING. Thank you guys for your patience and flexibility.

Can't say enough good things about Bethel Cycle Works. Had a great experience buying our new bikes. Jason and Dave answered all my questions and set me up with the perfect bike. Thank you!!

Jason has created more than a place to go buy a bike or get your bike fixed this is a place to build community. You can stop in talk about bikes rides, family, and kid’s, what’s new in the community and everything in between and then get the best customer service you ever had in a bike shop. They stand by their work and their word and that goes a long way. Dave is the best in the business when it comes to fixing bikes and Jason the owner is the best there is. Jason recently convinced me to do a Bike fit and in my 40’s, although an avid bike rider, I always considered serious bike fits are for the serious racers, not someone approaching midlife. But I was proven wrong it’s not only affordable but you would not believe the difference. Jason is a certified fitter using the latest technology analyzing every position you are on the bike from your feet, knees, hips, shoulders, hands, head and core. He listens to you as a rider takes your riding style and the kind of rides you do as part of the equation, as well as what makes you comfortable and what doesn’t . He then adjust the bike for the individual making you and your bike one machine. After a complete fit Jason made many small adjustments that made a huge differences on the bike. After knee surgery and wrecked shoulder riding with any constant speed seemed to be a thing of the past for me but now I am riding pain free and as fast as I was 5 years ago. He didn’t sell me the latest and the greatest we worked with what works for me what helps me and stayed with-in my tight budget. From the weekend casual rider to the serious racers I could not recommend Jason and the staff at Bethel Cycle Works enough. Trust me stop in and just say hi and make your own conclusion you will not be sorry.
